PADDY DRIER PLANT
1. Attractive angle of baffles to give free flow of paddy for uniform drying & minimum broken resulting high yield of Rice.
2. Drying of paddy can be done throughout the year & does not depends on weather condition.
3. Drier can be placed easily.
4. Simply drive design to facilitate smooth running & easy maintenance.
PADDY PARBOILING PLANT
1. Parboiling takes only about 6-8 hrs per batch.
2. Labor costs are minimized because the plant is automatic.
3. Due to uniform parboiling, the yield of rice & the oil content of Bran are higher & quality of bran oil improved.
4. Due to equalization in temperature throughout the paddy, rice gets equal colour & quantity of rice can reach the marker demand.
5. Parboiling plant with 4 ton - 12 ton tanks for Basmati cum non-basmati plant & Muri pressure tanks 1.5 ton – 2 ton only.
